Well, I am going to be completely honest here, I don't know what the hell this is. But I know one thing, I wouldn't wish this crap on anyone! My best guess is that this is a variety game which I will call Quiz Party. It appears to use a game show style presentation of challenge & skills type contests similar to Nintendo's Mario Party and other such multi-player / mini-game phenomenon. Also, the manufacturer appears to be Success; a not so well known software publisher. They did however produce "Cotton", a strange cult classic shooter for the Neo-Geo Pocket portable gaming system. This may also have been intended to be a Neo-Geo CD system exclusive release. We just don't know yet.
